Injury Prevention & Wellness

Pre Employment Screening and Job Matching

The huge financial cost of returning an injured worker to the workforce means that it is more economically suitable to reduce the risk of an injury from the outset.
The result is better pre – employment screening and job matching. As part of this program we deliver:

  1. Accurate assessment of work related activities
  2. Precise matching of the physical competencies of each work task
  3. Assessments which are reproducible, valid, task specific, non-biased and defensible
Sedentary Employees Program

Designed for largely sedentary "white collar workers" this program firstly identifies the risk, then sets about implementing preventative strategies to reduce risk and improve the health and wellness of individuals and groups within organizations. The general package includes the following (but is adaptable to specific company needs):

  1. Onsite program delivery and intervention
  2. Easy to administer health and wellness assessment with computerised individual and group results provision
  3. Ergonomic workstation assessment (self – assessment checklist available)
  4. Education (workshops / seminars) and practical (self – help) solutions to solve or reduce individual and group areas at risk
Active/At Risk Employees Program

Designed for "blue collar workers", this program firstly identifies risk, then sets about implementing preventative strategies to reduce risk and improve the health and wellness of individuals and groups within the trade, manufacturing and production industries. The general package includes the following (but is adaptable to specific company needs):

  • Onsite program delivery and intervention
  • Easy to administer health and wellness assessment with computerised individual and group results provided
  • Manual handling techniques and assessment there of (self – assessment checklist available)
  • Education (workshops / toolbox discussions) and practical (self – help) solutions to solve or reduce individual and group areas at risk.
