Damien Perusco

Damien Perusco is the consultant manager of the Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Centre.
Damien has degrees in Physical and Health education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Wollongong. Damien has extensive experience as an educator and business project manager in a number of varied roles. He has corporate consultancy experience with a number of major companies including the including the Roads and Traffic Authority, Forests NSW, Hewlett Packard, Neptune Asia Pacific, the NSW Department of Environment and Conservation, and a number of local government authorities.
Katerina Zirogiannis

Katerina graduated from the 4-year B.Ex Sci & Rehab degree at the University of Wollongong with 1st class Honors in 2004. Since graduation Katerina has gained accreditation in both Exercise Physiology (AEP) and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (AMS) fields. Katerina has been heavily involved in designing and delivering Job Ready programs for the centre since 2005. Katerina has also been involved in developing and delivering preventative exercise programs for corporate clients, in addition to corporate group preventative education. Katerina is the Programs Co-ordinator for exercise physiology services within the centre.
Prior to commencing employment with the centre Katerina was involved in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (both compensable and non-compensable clients), providing exercise services within the Illawarra Division of General Practice community diabetes program, assisting with Aboriginal Vascular Health Program and leading group exercise classes for the elderly through Illawarra Retirement Trust. Katerina also has a background in Occupational Rehabilitation Case Management and is a qualified Pilates instructor.

Kate De Agnoli, APD MAAESS AEP

Kate graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master of Science (Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation) with Distinction in 2007.
Upon completion of her studies Kate has gained accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist as well as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Since graduating Kate has gained experience working as a Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist in the areas of weight loss, obesity and bariatric surgery, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and depression and anxiety.
Kate will be involved in providing quality diet, exercise and lifestyle councelling interventions to individuals and groups; as well as nutrition and dietetic services, exercise prescription and corporate consulting projects.
