Download our Job Ready FAQs
The Job Ready program has been designing and delivering evidence based outcome driven, work related activity programs (WRAP) for clients on workers compensation or third party claims since its inception in 1996.
The success of the Job Ready program is based on our multi-disciplinary, evidence based assessment, outcome driven delivery and a strong work related functional focus, which has led to our proven track record. Our staff understand that a successful return to work is a culmination of factors and recognise the importance of integrated solutions to client's rehabilitation, return to work and normal activity if the program goals are to be met.

Pre – Surgery
In Australia (1997/98), the cost for total joint replacements was estimated to be $13,500,000 for 17,000 hip and knee replacements, as paid by Medicare benefits (Source eMJA). Pre – surgery total joint (hip and knee) exercise programs are proving to be very successful in not only reducing the need for surgery (20 % of clients placed on a pre – surgery program did not go on to receive their previously planned hip / knee surgery) but also to improve the clients response to post surgery rehabilitation and recovery. Pre – surgery total joint (hip and knee) exercise programs are therefore proving to be cost effective in both reducing the amount of persons requiring surgery, and improving the patient's outcome post surgery.
Post Surgery or Injury
The prompt, timely and appropriate rehabilitation after an accident, sporting injury or surgery not only reduces the time off sport, work or inability to perform daily activities but also reduces the risk of re-injury. Delayed or poor treatment management post injury or surgery could lead to secondary injuries occurring. This leads to unnecessary or excessive treatment, increased direct personal cost or indirectly through increased private health fund premiums rather than self – management and reduced risk of re-injury while keeping the cost of treatment down.
