Parking

Dedicated, FREE parking for ESRC clients is located in the Ovals car park and immediately west of the URAC, Building 13. All clients are required to display a valid parking pass, which will be sent out by reception. If you have not received a valid parking pass, or require more information or assistance please contact reception on (02) 4221 3057.

Job Ready Functional Rehabilitation - General Practitioner, Rehabilitation Provider, Allied Health Professional, Insurer or Employer
For other services – Exercise Physiology services, dietetics and massage

Step Two

Print out the Referral Pad, complete all the relevant information and fax to the Centre on (02) 4221 5717
